One thing I forgot to mention, is that Ornithischia, Saurischia, Cerapoda, Theropoda, and Sauropoda will no longer unlock a dinosaur in the garden, therefore do not show any dinosaur in the tree. I'm not sure if people might like this change, but it feels good to me since the dinosaurs assigned to them felt weird.

Upon further contemplation, I have undone this change, and they will now include a dinosaur.

Very good! My only suggestion would be to put the different parts of the tree in different colours so that it’s easier to read.
And when I say “different colours”, I don’t mean make a damn kaleidoscope. Trying using different shades of different colours, assigning each colour to a different section.

Maybe a soft pastel as the background will do, or even make the generator boxes have different colors, but your choice

Like, lemme show you what I mean.

I took the image of the tree here and scribbled different colours over it. Different colours for different sections, and each section has different shades of colours.
It’s a very rough guide, but it shows the gist.

I was actually debating doing this, but I found that the method to colour them would be too confusing. Like, do I seperate them by diet? Maybe by the way they walk? Or just phylogenetically?

Separate them by the way they dino their saurs

Like separating Sauricha and Sauropoda
