#No Event Rewards again!!!??

Event just ended went to reward screen, clicked collect and got a black screen. Restarted game and no reward and reward claim is gone. I was told in my previous email changes were made so this would not happen again. now im out of rewards for 2 events and all i was given was a small amount of darwinium.
