Yes, however it does speed up after
Like after buying the third 'New Tools' node, it sped up VERY quickly
And I just finished the event
I find it odd that the early 'New Tools' section is extremely slow compared to the rest of the Event

Probably because the generator produces E9/s and the node costs E14
It took me three time fluxes to afford it

Took me all four and then some waiting time (Even with 4x boost and 2x offline reward)
Imagine how slow it is WITHOUT 4x boost, autoclicker, and 2x reward!
The horror!
