How about... half of Alpha Centauri's production? You know, to go faster through Phase One and still be somewhat helpful and the beginning of phase two

Maybe it can only be buyable after Callisto gets unlocked and cost a big amount of stardust (about as Planet X's base cost? Or Sedna's?) and the artifact itself costs 200 logits to balance it out.
