my game reset?

Hey I want to ask why my game has reset? Basically, I restarted the simulation on my primary one and I was at around reset 30 at the time and then everything reset, my mesozoic valley, beyond and my metabits are gone. It still says I have the progress but I don't know what happened

I got the save back but my progress is still botched.

How long does it usually take to receive a reply? Sorry for the pushiness, I'm quite upset because I spent money on the game and now it's gone, my progress

It is very likely that they are still looking into it, and in addition, they are currently swamped with bug reports to deal with, so it may take a while

I had all of them now two missing

This I had completely

Now half gone

This I had all except the 120 sec. Achievement

This I had also full several times all gone

This was prestige 9

And this was all completed except the last one in the bottom which is not shown because everything gone

And those I almost had all except the new ones and now I have nothing

And metabist also not running anymore
