#Event: generator count does not match mission count

I just started to noticed this strange mismatch in counts between the generator and the mission - my generator says I have 721 L.U.C.A, but my mission counter says I have 634 out of 700. Very weird. Am I missing something?

Both goals match, and that is the number required for the event. We're looking into why this sometimes happens, but in the meantime: if this occurs, quit the game and restart it. This seems to be an issue of some parts of the interface falling out of sync with others, and when they are fully refreshed, they will behave properly.

What does "reboot" mean? Restarting the game doesn't fix the bug for me.

Btw:
I have a suspicion how the bug is triggered.
I don't want to test it in detail, bug I think it happens when using the "Buy Smart" option on LUCA, for some reason. Using "Buy 10X" or likewise doesn't trigger it.

(It stopped being an issue for me, though - I could collect the last reward despite the mission counter being wrong.)

I always "buy max", so that trigger would not be relevant for me.

Hello! Yes, restart = rebooting; quitting C2S AND quitting Steam, then reopening. When you say that restarting doesn't fix the bug, do you mean that the mission number is visually still off, or that you still couldn't complete the mission/event? It sounds like it's just visually off. That's still an issue, but a much smaller issue than if you could not complete the event. Still, I'm surprised that the bug 'survived' a restart of the app. This is a tricky one.
