#GUI bug with pollen event when choosing to Transfer Game

Right after I got the first pollen badge, I went to the game menu, hit "Transfer Game" and uploaded my game. After exiting the game menu, the entire clickable GUI was invisible - I could still see the game, but no menus, no buttons. It was like camera mode with no exit or "take picture" buttons. I found that the GUI buttons were still listening for button clicks - I could click on the universe bubble button to switch to Primary or Meso or Beyond, but I could not see it (I knew where it should be and I clicked on where I thought it was). I could expand and minimize the toolbar, but I could not see it (the screen altered slightly, so I knew something was happening). I had to quit the game and reload it.

Then after I got the second badge, the same thing happened; I uploaded my game and then the GUI was gone. As before, I could still click on GUI elements, but I could not see what I was clicking on.

I can also try to replicate, if you reset the event in the alpha version or something.... 😁

One other observation. I don't know if this issue happened earlier, but I remember that the Android version had already closed the event (only available on Steam).

@pliant tinsel @trim quartz thats not actually a bug as the same thing happened to me a while ago and i found out why:

there is a hotkey that hides the UI

#

and i accidentally pressed it while being in game transfer

if you find that hotkey again you can get the UI back

Im actually unable to reproduce it rn, idk why.

But i was able to reliably turn the UI on and off that way in the past

You sure about that? When the issue happened to me, I was only using the mouse, not the keyboard. And now that I am curious, I tried every key on my keyboard and none of them seem to be a hotkey to hide/show the UI. Is it a key combination (more than 1 key together)? But still, my issue only happened with mouse clicks.
