When I was playing the Philosophy event, my nanobots were "ready" for some reason. Though I tried clicking them. It didn't work.

It's a bigger bug than that. If you see on the upper right corner, your Beyond logo is gone. Also, the background of your Philosophy event is gone.
You just have to restart the game and it'll be fine.
