Whenever I leave the game idle with a 2x or 4x buff, the timer seems to go down way faster then it says. I had a buff for 40 hours set up (after a lot of ads) and I came back a few hours later and it only had 12 hours left. Is anyone else having this problem??

Are you still experiencing this problem? what kind of buff are you using? the one on the main sim, beyond, mv or exploration events?

I was using the buff for the philosophy event since my other sims are pretty much complete, I remember it also happening during previous explorations as well though.

This has been a problem for years, they've never fixed it.

it happens on all sims. I've figured out if you watch the ads and get your boost, then buy some upgrades, that seems to help 'save' the game and you don't lose all the time usually.
