I also found that on the screens that show the Ocean, mountains, different human ages, etc... the swipe is backwards. When I swipe to the right, the screen spins to the left.
I'm also unable to exit the game gracefully in general. the exit screen pops up reminding me to BOOST, but it won't let me do anything else from there.
