This guide is aimed at helping people with completing events in time and spending their Logits efficiently.
Explorations
Once a week there is an event available lasting 5 days offering rewards for the completion of certain tasks. Every event rewards up to 3 badges and 50 Logits. Every badge you collect boost the speed in all simulations by 1% stacking additively. Logits allow you to unlock things in the Logit shop.
There is currently 7 different events: James Webb, Fungi, Philosophy, Money, Extinction, Pollination and Deep Sea event.
A full history of the events and the amount of Logits and badges available till now is maintained by @deft spire, feel free to ask him in case you are interested.

These are special events that require you to complete specific task for unique bonuses. They are available once a year for a few days and there are currently two of them:
- Ghost Dodos Hunt - around Halloween, you have to find all 55 ghost Dodos hidden in the gardens, unlocks the "The Spookiest Achievement" secret achievement.
A video of their locations if you have trouble finding them: #💬-cells-chat message - Christmas calendar - in the time before Christmas, there are 14 rewards which unlocks one by one each day
Boosting progress
Only use Darwinium to get/extend the 2x production boost. As long as the boost is above 16 hours the effect increases to 4x making it even more efficient. This also means its better to boost for a long time in one go then for 4 hours each day.
Speeding up your progress using Time Flux is never worth and should't be done.
Altogether you shouldn't spend more then 20 Darwinium one one event.
Logit shop
There are two types of upgrades unlockable in the Logits shop:
- cosmetic upgrades
- content unlocks
Content unlocks allow you to get new generators or other upgrades and boost production in the process. Many of them are only useful under specific circumstances as the boost upgrades are specific to certain parts of the game.
Cosmetic upgrades don't affect your production at all but offer visual changes instead. Because of that there is no strategy to getting those, so just go for what you like best.
