Some students also aren’t that great when it comes to the basic understanding of why we divide or multiply things in the first place cuz they haven’t payed attention to the teacher in previous grades

Basically I blame the teacher for not teaching at an average pace, the student for not paying attention , and the concepts for not being detailed enough
