I recently got to this point. I'm a returning player so was already at ~100 extinction in meso so saved for the meso upgrade at 150T. Best way for me was to wait for the boost that boosts your click value by 30 and pop the nanobots at the same time. It would only give me a few T each time but after a few days I could buy the upgrade for boosting sim speed based on meso extinctions. Since then I've been able to get roughly 800T a day pretty easily
