@onyx wolf at the second to last update, I had 11 mars cities left to achieve everything. With that update,it went super fast. Lots of patience too. I've been playing 5x a day, for a year.

You could try a reboot of your simulation and focus only on the Martian Cities. Put the max at 100 for everything else. Once you have the 200 cities, it's easy to get the other awards
