If sun pays every .3 seconds then the /s bar should show as approximately thrice the payout amount per second since it would pay at least three times every second

Like 0.3 + 0.3 + 0.3 = 0.9s it will pay thrice the payout with remainder of 0.1 sec

I have a question...how muhc of an improvement in simulation speed should I look for before ending simulation? I went from 2x->12x the first time I ended (so a 6x improvement), and now i'm not sure how much to expect before stopping my next simulation...is there a certain amount of improvement in simulation speed as guideline? Or maybe # bits?

I would say, if you get to a point the rate of metabits slows where it comes close to a halt, its probably best to reboot your simulation.
