There is a little bit more to explore; some things are unlocked with large numbers of metabits (for which you need to reset your simulation a couple times, probaby), and others are unlocked by higher levels in Mesozoic Valley (MV).

There are some ‘glitches’ that cost metabits. I think after you reset you get the glires which are unlocked with a few metabits then after you buy that another glitch appears that costs more metabits. There’s also more upgrades after the human and more upgrades with ideas after singularity.

Only unfinished games are supposed to be in early access, so having all achievements when neither the balancing nor all the content is finished does not mean a lot and makes therefore not a lot of sense to be displayed in the profile.

The is the standard prestige cycle of the game. Sometimes you have to reset to gain some metabits depending on your amount of entropy and ideas. With those you can buy new stuff in the reality engine. That is going to boost your income in the next run, and will allow you to progress further than before.

that is because you upgraded the older ones, if you didnt do that then you would get the newer ones that you want to upgrade. the shop prioritises the cards where you dont have an upgrade available
so just buy the newest ones that you want to upgrade, if you have some mutagen left than you can speed up the process by buying older traits that you actually dont want to upgrade, just to make the shop give you the stuff you want

I barely play the regular simulator, but the reboot multiplier barely goes up any more.
The last time I rebooted it went from 7,000,000x to 14,000,000x. Now when I look at the reboot screen, it goes from 14,000,000 to 14,100,000. I figured the more time spent idle, the more the multiplier will increase?

not all cuz the end simulation button is too tempting congrats for reaching that far in meso i just do one asteroid per day so itll take me more then 100 days if i am okay at maths lol

eventually you do. The first time you crack open a diamond geode, you will be happy with the guaranteed epic cards. :) The midgame where you are at is a bit slow - that's just the way it is right now.
I hope the devs take my suggestion of making early-game generators and trait cards more useful later in the game. eg, trading up cards for better cards.
