Should I even bother with the main simulation anymore? I've terriformed mars, got caniforms and monotremes, but seem locked behind days of idling for any significant progress. All I have left at this point is a 5.5B unlock (lions?) And getting the 250 achieves for 3 animals left.
When does mesozoic reach a similar point? I'm at level 24 but at least there seems to be progress still (got a new dino recently, got chickens recently)
Do the main simulation unlocks from mesozoic seem...useless? Every unlock has been significantly useless in the main simulation by the time I got it. Maybe I'm just far behind on dinos compared to what's expected?

For main sim, try to unlock all the achievements, like Γ250 feliforms, and also unlock all the sharks if you haven't already. Not much to do other than those in main sim honestly (if ypu have unlocked feliforms and all reality engine upgrades). You can keep grinding the Mesozoic Valley too

Yes, because sharks are in a higher group in vertebrates, the cartilaginous fishes. But the whales are like Vertebrate -> Tetrapod -> Synapsid -> Mammal -> Ungulate -> Whale and humans are totally the same but they're not in ungulates, they are in primates

But prestige 10 is the max prestige
So once you are there you can stop
