A diamond geode at low level is a complete waste. If you are active you can easily do at least a level every couple of days, and every level of prestige you do will reduce this time. It took me less than a week to finish the 50 levels of prestige 10

I don't know what level and what prestige are you, if you are around prestige 2 or 3 a diamond geode at level 50 can make you do 3 or 4 levels of epic and rare cards. Assuming each level takes 5% longer normally.
This is for one geode. I think if you buy more than one it has a greater effect due to the scaling, so it's probably correct to keep buying them at lv 50 especially after the first prestige.

and also , even i agree the dino sim is a bit of rng . if you get cards for your highest paying dino then you can easily cruise the level . if you well you are out of luck . there is a advantage for mobile users where they can redeem stuff with ads so you can use that if you play on mobile to increase the progress by a lot

well , the fact is if you buy at 50 then prestige is easy for you . if not you need to suffer like the first run all over again even with the warm climate
buying at 50 will save you big time long term , but anywhere less than 40 no . it results in a huge loss of darwin for temporary advantage

@wanton cedar well lvl 9 seems a bit much. But the reasoning is correct. Every level will cost you more, and will give you less. If you produce 100, first level of herd behaviour will give you 50 (+50%), second level 50 (+33%).... I have a lvl 15 herd behaviour, taking it to lvl 16 costs 400k darwinium and will increase my production of a ridiculous amount, definitely doesn't worth it

@twin lagoon For common traits, upgrade the traits that you have unlocked newly - for rare traits, if you don't play idle so much upgrade ammonoidea; if you play idle i recommend you to upgrade all of them but parallel evolution and aquatic isnt needed so much - for epic traits, upgrade all of them if you can
