OK, the new time crystal (i.e. metabits/knowledge) formula is basically 1 + (oldFormula - 1) * (base/2 - 1) / (base - 1)
N.B. That "base" used to be 100 with amplifier, 10 without. Now it's 50 with amplifier, still 10 without.

I do notice that what I got from completing an empty sim run a little while ago (after buying what nodes I could with saved metabits, right after Crustaceans arrived), I now get from a quick run (after buying more nodes from a few fast runs). That's nice 🙂

This is Metabits (with Amplifier) assuming the same number of fills. It doesn't account for any changes to Entropy which would give more fills, including our 14 days of playing.
Without the amplifier, by the end we get only 25% of previous as @north plover noted. But with the amplifier, we're only getting 6.25%
