So that is why I said that the concept of something being new is subjective
Players who have played for about a month may see that play played for a decent amount of time to be considered an established player
But players who have played for much longer may see a month as a brief amount of time

Anyway, Pirate, predak and SpaceNoodle (in a bit) are the people who seem to be playing well and regularly and are 'new' and so will be experiencing E30 differently to the monsters people who've been playing a while and could farm while waiting.

You should be able to finish it relatively easily. It is a lottery when to join. Theoretically the later you join the easier you get to higher rank position. But it depends on your activity and luck (how active are your opponents)

It depends on where you are in the episode. Sun is good mostly for getting flat and curved universe.

Although - speaking from the vantage point of E30; one of the things that will help you in future is having lots of ||Sun|| trait cards. The 'older' your ||Sun|| is when you cash in a RD, the less likely you are to get trait cards for it.

For any single RD, the effect will be very small though, and you'll likely be fine if you are diligent with researching RDs and collecting the free RDs on the journey to E30. Just mentioning it for completeness.

Thats normal if your cards are lower level. Each time you upgrade any of the 6 cards (3 epic, 1 rare, 2 common) of the sun, that time will get cut in half.

it gets better actually, Yellow Dwarf gives you 250 cards, 1 rare card guaranteed and a 20% chance for epic card
The Blue Giant on the other hand gives you 1500 cards, guaranteed 6 rare cards and 2 epic cards

If you have 1 epic card, the other blue giant perks would be a little useless

I don't think Galactic Nursery works like Geodes—which are in a simulation with Prestiges. Personally, I use Galactic Nursery every time I find it necessary. I'd not stall until the very end. It'll be a damn hell to reach there without any support

Those trait cards are just too powerful. If you have a ton of them you complete E30 including the universe types in an hour or two. If you don't have many it takes months.

Its not like Meso where we knew ahead of time that we would be losing things. It can cause more backlash if you take something players spent a long time building up.

You can prestige 10 times. Before prestiging it can be useful to collect the mutagen from the geodes you can earn. After you are at 10 prestige there is little use to keep playing except for maximizing generators and leveling up traits. To me that is still very enjoyable. I'm usually autoclicking dino's day and night at level 50 prestige 10. Not because it gives more rewards but because I like to see where I can take it. And for the empty sim strat it still helps to have the game open in a side simulation so why not click dino's in the mean time?
