I realised I have been discussing two separate things:

• Same player ID on different devices, different save file: each file can claim event rewards.
• trying to keep a beta account 100% separate from a normal account (with different player IDs) is trickier than you might think.

You don't have to have even opened the event on the second device though to get the prize that the first device won.

And we just have to discover them, as we discovered photons and their behaviour. And then more sub particles

And maybe nothing in the universe could stock our information, it's like an electronic device, when power is down and/or the device is physically destroyed

Beyond: i’ve completed E29 and have all achievements other than the seven which will be available through the upcoming Beyond E30. I’ve also got ~115 constellation fragments and a handful of contract reward stars stashed.
Mesozoic: i’m sitting at prestige 10 extinction 50 with all achievements earned.
Main sim: i’m about a third of the way into a 14 day pause while i wait on the time chamber bits to max out. On the knowledge side, i have 65ish items across two nodes (would’ve been super fast before the nerf). On the metabit side, i have 300ish items across seven nodes. I’m missing a small number of achievements.
Overall: i have all darwinium upgrades bought, and only need another ~400 logits to finish buying everything currently available.

With all this in mind, am i at the point in the game where i should expect to spend most time on the event simulations?

Yes. Once you're done with the main sims there isn't much to do. They have been more aggressively releasing content to the main sims, but they sometimes scale them badly (E29 was 6-8hrs not working that hard at launch, and then they badly tuned it to be weeks)

I'm hoping they'll get on a roughly 1 month cadence for new content and that the content is scaled to take about a week.

I just briefly skimmed over some stuff when I started the game again (which is why I deleted my save to start over, to learn the basics again), but, basically....

Like, is the Darwinium like a Premium Currency?

It's somewhat multiplayer for the events, but doesn't really go beyond the leaderboards. If you want to really interact with players, that's what this server is for!

oh and you've probably noticed you can add friends. what this does is shows their progress in addition to yours on the event tree

In Mesozoic I've been in the habit of having buy on 1x and then right clicking to autobuy dinos until the number reached for mission, and stopping it with a left click. Now all of a sudden it's buying things super fast and I get no chance to react to stop it in time. I think I might have bought an upgrade in Primary that maybe did this? Is there a good way around this? Or what do people do to easily hit the exact dino numbers?

The idea of clicking 100s of times to buy single dinos does not attract me, nor does switching between say 10x and 1x all the time.

It's not necessary to buy the exact number of dinos. If you don't want to use the controls the game provides, there is no way to play the game.

No, but if I've been away for 8 hours and then buy 50 dinos instead of 20 by mistake, that's gonna eat up a ton of unnecessary resources. I did find a good method though. I can hold left mouse button and this let's me buy multiple things in a much more controlled manner. Never knew this was a thing

And primary boosts primary speed to everything

But they increase exponentially

If you do want to spend money, then I have found the Infinity Pass useful (especially for the period you are working through Meso, but also in Events/explorations - although playing those efficiently is more effective).

Be aware that if you want to get the last Meso achievement, it's useful to have a decent bank of mutagen so it isn't too slow. When you join an event you get placed into a division with 1K people who joined at a similar time as you. The later you join, the easier the competition. Keep in mind if you’re new and the event is longer than usual you might not complete it. Your placement in division for rewards is decided by your total science accumulated though.

And I don't know if time chamber/crystal works if you buy it after you wait 7 or 14 days, I mean if it's based on how long your simulation is running, it could work

And btw to unlock new mollusk nodes in the main sim, at RL 74 if you do almost all research chips on entropy, it was very fast to get many achievements in the banner
