To progress through the RE tree quickly, spam reboots/upgrades.
If you don't want to do that, you can do x30 shooting star and nanobots strat.
Buy your most effective generator, but ALSO anything else you can (because of the Capacitor nodes in the RE).
The time to next Research Level will drop surprisingly quickly: Mine has gone from 100 years with nanobots running to 20 days without them in a few days (no reboot/upgrade).
Semblance's suggestion as to what to buy next is not very optimised.

I was away from the game for years, and when I came back, I have arrived to a mix of surprise, disappointment and excitement. Came back right at the start of the AI event, through pure coincidence, and the changes to the multiplayer stuff are a mixxed bag for me, but overall, neat that I caught it, and it was another solid one. Furthermore, came back with a bunch of rewards there waiting for me, which were neat

But alas, my disappointment, the loss of the post singularity stuff, with the cyborgs and androids. Has there been any talk about them potentially returning down the development line, only being gone while things are being overhauled, or are they just gone for good?

I don't know. I've only done 4 reboots since the Reality Reboot. I currently have 229 Martian Cities, which is more than any other reboot since the Reality Reboot. I did 9 reboots before the Reality Reboot, and had 477 then (which was the most I ever had).

So maybe it is total: my Absolute max possible of MCs is (9x477) + (229*4) = 3377. Which is a bit more than my number in the Chamber, which is 3283.

The game does properly say that dinosaurs (including birds) and crocodilians are archosaurs in the archosaur node text, but for the reptiles node it says all reptiles evolved from archosaurs which isn’t true (turtles, squamates, etc did not)

Cnidocytes are not a jellyfish-exclusive thing when all cnidarians have them
Going off this point, corals and sea pens are not sponges and are both cnidarians as well (which the polyp node hints at but the coral and sea pen nodes directly connect to sponges which is inaccurate)

and they use the terms "cold/warm blooded" when they mean ecto/endothermia

Firstly, no-one has that much badge boost. There's diminishing returns, so max is effectively 300% right now (72 badges).

Secondly, yes! I was routinely ranking top 10 with only one full set of badges . But you have to play smart

I'm not sure of the detail. But ||you know how buttons are green when you can use them? They don't always turn not-green immediately once you click them. That leaves a space to click a green button several times (and get the goodies several times), instead of once.||
