So I'm investigating the 'Time' things in the Reality Engine. I think that longer-term these are going to be effective. Currently (at 16h since my last reboot) I'm getting:
x70 Entropy efficiency (3 upgrades)
x1.159 Metabit efficiency (1 upgrade)
x70 Knowledge efficiency (3 upgrades)
x1.159 Idea efficiency (1 upgrade).

It's Def making me think twice about rebooting. Especially as I much prefer spamming shooting star + nanobots compared to re-buying the primary tech tree.

I've only just started grabbing data, so I'll know more about how it grows as time passes.

Also makes the 'x2 permanent boost' from the cash purchases pale into insignificance imo. And the previously advertised 'Legacy x2' boost.

I left my simulation running for 10 hours autoclicking while I slept tonight at RL 65. As everyone else has experienced: very minor Metabit/Knowledge gains. The Metabit Time Crystal and Idea Time Crystal both went from 1.01 to 1.10, both I don't know if it will progress 0.1 in another 10 hours yet.

I've wondered when the last few division in events are created. Because most of them can be completed rather quickly if you just go ham.

I experimented with 3 different Research Chip ratios and I definitely slowed down progress there too. Currently running 50/50 split, feels better than going overboard in either one.

Oh yeah, I'm sure you can min/max the RE upgrades, but couldn't be arsed clicking hundreds of times. 😄

If I was going to do it over, I would put most of it into the Knowledge side, bc of how the RE tree is constructed. Knowledge progress is much slower at this time
