How do I collect Entropy/Ideas faster and more efficiently?

• If you have a touch-screen device that supports multi-touch, you can use multiple fingers to tap, allowing you to earn Entropy/Ideas a lot faster than with just one finger. How to increase my Metabit production?

• You gain Metabits based on how much entropy and ideas you have, each one requires slightly more than the previous one, so your production will decrease over time. Why did my game reset when I activated the Singularity?

• The Singularity is a prestige event that reboots your simulation and converts your Ideas and Entropy into Metabits, which can be used to upgrade the simulation. These upgrades make the game run faster, and unlock new areas of the game that are only available after the reboot. This actually helps you make more progress in the game at a faster pace. You need to prestige at least once to keep playing the game - and doing it multiple times will help to create an even more powerful simulation, and unlock even more content.

Assume the minimum of above you and the maximum of below you are going at unknown rates of science/second or /hour, and these rates fluctuate, let's say randomly, although in reality they'd follow some patterns

The probability is dependent ONLY on how fast you're going and how much of a lead you have on below/how far away you are from above, and the unknown rate of the min and max of below/above

How many people there are doesn't matter

And the probability to stay in the same place DEFINITELY is NOT 1/n where n is the number of total people, tf even is that

I think there are augmentations that cost some so I'd start there, after that it kinda depends on what your goal is/what you wanna focus on

personally I like the Overdrives, have also seen ppl recommend like diamond geodes and such

imo the problem with these is that cards become outdated very fast, so yeah you get a boost right now, but on the next level thats worth nothing anymore

constellation fragments are nice for sure, but imo dont make up for it

(also at that point you could just research boost once you got the constellation fragments mission and would get more of those out of the same input, + more cards if you do dwarf missions)

Be careful on the main simulation because it isn't cumulative. If you reset before you pass your previous best, you lose that progress. I don't know if it's a bug or a feature but doesn't quite ring fair to me.

What I use darwinium for is to boost progress in the special events so I can finish them. I still haven't beat bees, or tea, or stones.

But that one, iirc, depends mainly on gens.

Some clever numbers cruncher did some calculations once reagrding the most effective time to reboot. But I can't remember details, that must've been years ago. I seem to remember the same person had an incredibly clever spreadsheet for most effective gen purchases

Depends.

If you're struggling to finish - start early so you have the best chance to get all 3 badges. But this will make it harder to rank highly in your division's leaderboard (because players who start early include people who are super competitive).

If you want badges and good leaderboard rewards, I suggest you start as late as you can while still getting 3 badges (or as many as you can).

Of course - due to the unfortunate situation of so many ads (if you're on iOS/android and want to improve being competitive) I have the sound muted all the time for C2S. Which makes this event less memorable. Which is a shame. I enjoyed the game music and sounds when I had the Infinity pass for a month.

I get them from placing top 10 in events, or buying with Darwinium (when I'm not saving up for the Reality Engine Upgrade or Beyond E29 (it's complicated) ).

I need quite a lot of gold cards to level any of the traits. So - as I only really get them from Black Holes (2 per) - I'm saving them up from events until E29. Because then (I assume) there'll be a new silver card (to cover the 'top' generator of E28 and the E29 generators.

Suggest check the multipliers in the reality engine (high Meso is key). Also check if you've got the key things from the Augmentation console.

There's been 201 normal (non-beta) events AFAIK, so that's equivalent to 55% of the max logit number available from events (1/2 of which are from getting all 3 badges, 1/2 from ranking in the top 10 I think).

I've seen quite a few normal (non-beta) players with the max number of badges (or very near) in the leaderboard. You could get close to 11111 without ranking high.

It's likely if you've played that many events you've probably nailed completing them (and probably ranking high, if you can be bothered with that).
