Anyway, here's the (current) info I have - which includes the 1st pair of Cryptid events (from what I've seen, most new events get run twice in quick succession).

I just had a daily reward to collect but it was a time flux so I watched a couple of ads for a 4x boost and when I looked at the daily rewards, they got set 2 hours ahead

And I didn't even claim the reward

This has also happened before and my next daily reward was in 26 hours

The event has a garden where you can put extra in-game currency into some sort of banking mechanism. Once you fill it up, you can pull the given levers to get a bonus reward of currency.
Plus if you fill all of them up, you get a reward. I won't spoil anything, just know that it's a very good reward.

The E number isn't a level like that, it's related to how much your total production is AFAIK. Is how many digits after the first one.

But if you have ||31|| entropy-Generators and ||19|| idea-Generators you've unlocked them all in Primary.

I'm def a late game player re the main Sims! I've completed all the Beyond episodes currently fully released (E28). I think that multiplier is the only effect it has on the Primary sim.

Badges, is just time and playing as efficiently as you can.

Meso multiplier ... Is the grind ... but the multiplier is high. I found the Meso guide in the Semblance / help useful.

Pretty sure that once you've got them, they use live game data (maybe a bit of lag while it thinks about it).

You can see your multiplier in the reality engine and check.

Hi again!

Events will get easier to FINISH (collect badges) over time because each badge you get adds a multiplier for that event (5/10/15% next time it happens). And also because you'll be more familiar with them, just get better and won't. fall into the 'trap' in e.g. ||Extinction||. You'll also likely RANK higher as you play the events better, can start later (and avoid the 'tryhards' who join early and are in the lower divisions).

Each badge generally ALSO gives a 1% boost to the main Sims (Primary, Meso, Beyond).

And I like that it's max score at end, not first to finish. Means even if someone wins you can still play.

There's not a huge number of active Discord users, and we tend to play differently and are in different timezones etc. But maybe we could try co-ordinating on an event to be in the same division. Then we could post screenshots. To give the vibe. And also, banter.

I can not imagine how Computer Lunch could deal with the staff resource required to manage reports of cheaters from hundreds of races though.

I don't understand what you mean by rank 0. You can't have any trait on rank 0, but maybe ypu have 0 of X needed cards for the next rank.

And you should not just buy any card you can. It's not worth levelling any common trait (= normal card) higher than about level 4 or 5. Better save the mutagen.

Rare and epic though, yes, you should level them. The more dinos effected, the higher the priority (herbivore/carnivore and biped/quadruped being the most important rares and all epics are good).

Well ... I had a (self-created) goal of as few reboots as possible. So I raided the wiki for info and planned my reboots around the values in there (8 reboots!).

Most people don't do that. The advice is if you'd get 5-10% more, or if you'll get something cool.

The quantity and rarity from geodes are based on your Meso level 1-50 rank; Stars' trait quantities and rarity are what they are afaik.

I've definitely noticed that some feel more frequent than others. E.g. in Beyond E27 it really felt like it was prioritising things I'd recently ranked up (traits or generators) and / or the higher level generator traits.

In Beyond E28 is less clear (emotionally!), but pretty sure it's prioritising the new E28 generators' traits. If nothing else, they've caught up to and overtaken a lot of the pre-E28 traits (in terms of numbers of cards / traits levels I have). [ I haven't ranked up many Stage 2 traits apart from E28s and gold/silver traits since E28 came out, have only upgraded Stage 1 gold/silver traits for ages].

I don't think there is a max card copy. This is based on my Meso (I have far more cards there, than Beyond).

What happens is you just collect LOADS. Then, if you rank the trait to max (20) it seems to stop giving you the traits (based on me having maxed out one of the common Giga traits), you lose any extra, and in future it gives you other traits of that rarity.

I have yet to find out what happens if you:
A) max out a gold trait (ask me in 16+ weeks).
B) max out all gold / silver traits (although I do remember seeing someone post a screenshot where it said "... We've given you mutagen instead... "
