I did attempt this the last time it was around, but I stupidly tried to do it on challenge 2, and I only had a 60% badge boost too.
Many hours of suffering (and more time fluxes than I’d like to admit) I can finally say that the minimum number of outbreaks that you are required to survive in order to finish is…

What is prestige? How can I do it and what's the maximum prestige level?

• Prestige is a reset to Mesozoic Valley, you will be brought back to rank 1 and restart all over again. However you will get a 'Warm Climate' trait which boosts the production of all dinosaurs. You can prestige by clicking 'Prestige' at the top of the window when you reach rank 50. The current highest prestige level is 10.

Most of your questions have been adressed, but this: if I'm counting right, there's 23 secret achievements and not just 20. That number went up occasionally. The final one would have been from around last halloween. I'm quite sure it can be done anytime, but it tied in with a mini-event (you might notice there's one event that only has one badge).

Also, regarding achievements: there's 3 additional, special ones and I think you might have already gotten the first of them.

Oh, and there is no real limit to the number of ads you can watch
