Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that your search was just as shallow as mine. It might just be that this bit of knowledge is not common enough to be easily found online, if at all. It might still be among the first things in a book about Aboriginal mythology (probably not, but idk).

As Jim Bob said, when you prestige, things will go faster. Eventually, the first few levels will take a couple of minutes.

I think around halfway through the prestige grind, getting the Eoraptor and Mosasaurus should be possible. Whereas maxing the Giganoto took me ages as I couldn't upgrade its traits for a loopoooong time (didn't get the cards).

I wouldn't spend too much money on it, as it is a long road no matter what.
