for the mesozoic there are different prestige level and it takes a while to get them all
the beyond definitly needs a few months (depending how active you play, if you only login once a day or more often), also the beyond is as far as i know the thing they work the most active at atm
the events also need a while, cause their time gated, you need to wait until another one comes and so on but you still need them for the logits to buy all artifacts, appearance...

if you wait last minute then you maybe can't get all of the challenges on the other hand if you start right away you have maybe a few tryhards in your placement, it's up to you what's more important
to get the challenges and sticker for the boosts for the next time the event appears or if you want the logits, geodes and those things frome the placement

I've gotten it. I wouldn't reccomend trying until your last prestige. Gigas get very expensive after a point, so you're going to really struggle to afford 200 of them until you have a stack of rare and epic cards to help you out. Plus, it gives you one more milestone there at the very end.

Stockpile mutigen when you can, though. It doesn't reset and it really helps to have some saved for your final prestige.

the x13.00 is current multiplier. You can see all the different multipliers down the right side. Mezo and Beyond have additional 'rank' multipliers, which is why it's 13 x 3.38... it probably not the best formatted info. I can see why it would be confusing with that '='.
