I got stuck on this for a while. I assume you have some of the extra branches unlocked? I had the squid and feline one and that helped a lot.
After I got those I bought as many nanobots as I could for the next bit.
Everytime I'd come onto the main simulation, I'd wait for the 30X booster to come. I'd turn nanobots on a few seconds before the booster then tap away. I'd repeat this a few times and restart the simulation (after I'd gained about 10-20% of my original speed).
Took me 3 days to go from 10t to 130t. Then I bought the mezo speed upgrade and it sped things up a lot, enough for me to get the other upgrades without grinding as much

Ive got the squid unlocked like you mentioned, it was really from that point on that i was unsure on what to do. But you have given me a big idea on what to do to progress, thanks a lot! God bless.

Also, when you tap the 30X boost quickly go to your cell stage, as you get more from entropy than ideas (the light bulbs)

i replace dark matter with red dwarfs, the constellation fragment gain is absolutely insane with auriga (makes it only take 6hrs to finish, so it's about 1.6x as good as the constellation mission, and with 5x boost it's on average 3 per day) and you still get a good amount of dark matter, and you also will get some darwinium from it, also dark matter isn't something you will run out of at that point in the game (obviously, since you have 82k), so there's no point in getting more

No, that's not what I'm saying. I got 4th this time because 1) I already had badges from this event, 2) I kept the boost at 4x all the time, 3) I watched about 1.9 e102 ads or so to keep the nanos running and 4) I got very lucky with my division.

What I was trying to say is this: When entering an event for the first time, every player starts the same. No badges (as those from other events do not help), no other bonus from outside the event.
