Most of the things, you couldn't even see. Or just as (more or less) bright, tiny spots in the sky. Even Betelgeuze is no more than a vaguely red dot to the naked eye, most nebula are actually transparent (and too far away to be seen).

Yes ist does, but entropy contributes so much more that you won't really notice the effect of ideas.
Currently, 4 civ levels have received significant updates and this will likely continue, so one day ideas might make a difference

Computer Lunch: Why did the update make it so that you cant keep exploration events open offline even if you opened cells when you online??? you can easily just keep the event temporarily loaded on and keep it open offline while keeping your progress. Why did the update make it so a stupid little pop up forces you to go back to the main simulation? The pop up is pointless and brings up a problem that wasnt even there in the first place. If they took that dumb pop up off the game and made it like it was before then we could easily play the exploration event offline again.
