Travelling timezones isn't time travel. The game may actually be using the timezone in the calculations and locking everything to UTC so changing timezones doesn't change your 'UTC' time

The Speed of light upgrades the speed of all Celestial Bodies, which stops at episode 17 I think. Everything in 18 and 19 is considered 'interstellar object' and doesn't get that buff.

Capybara has a pretty substantial chunk of the tree locked behind it, and the squid has another one behind it albiet much higher up the economy scale.

the money artefact will help you get an achieve and a marginally-useful buff to the idea economy which won't help a whole lot otherwise.

Also I was thinking about possible future events and I think it would be neat to have one focused on the human body. It can be a mixed type event much like Pollination where some things are per-second gens and others are timed gens.

Having many different kinds of organs represented. With things like Brain, Eyes, Heart, being the first and they are per-second gens, while things like Lungs, Stomach, and Kidneys, are timed gens where the time is based on the speed they “process” things. The special thing is unlike all other timed gens in the game, they can’t be sped up in any way as doing so would obviously be bad to the body system. The catch for this event is that all upgrades are linked. Which in turn makes it very linear but also makes sense as for example a upgrade for the stomach would clearly include many organs in tandem so would require you meet certain qualifications to upgrade that.

first purchase should probably be the volcano so you can get rapid MV ranks. That will end up speeding up the main sim considerably now that rank multipliers are a thing.

after that, depends. If your main economy is high enough that you can buy the giant squid (it's pretty expensive on the entropy side of things) go for it. otherwise, capybara first.
