So many people have them all finished, it seems impossible since the only source at this point is the dwarf star missions.

Yeah, the events will go like this:
James Webb -> Fungi -> Philosophy -> New Event 1 -> New Event 2 -> New Event 3After New Event 1 is done, it will start back with James Webb. This will be the same on run after that when they release New Event 2.
Will continue until all 6 events are released and will go through those events in a cycle until they feel there is no more need for them.
