Module appears in the loot table for 1 room with a 55.51 E-15% chance of dropping.
Found this when I had 6.358 E6 luck, increased my luck to 6.516 E6 by clearing more rooms and the drop chance did not change.

I do not have ||Rak's Curse|| on this save

Nah I cleared 150-200 rooms between when I found it and when I made the post to see if the drop rate would improve. Did not even go up .00000000000000001% and since there are only 65,536 rooms total I doubt it would improve much.

Update: Can now confirm the module shows up in all rooms where D >= 255

Checked the drop chance when doing the full clear.

Also did a test to check luck in the opposite direction, getting to the corner without clearing a room at the lowest luck somehow makes it more confusing.

Yep still empty.
I did keep a copy of each save in case I wanted to test something.
