Random question: about how much fps would be required to run Burnorf at 3x speed without lag
around 80 is when kps maxes out (for me anyway) and lag depends on a multitude of things really

but the general gist of it is you have another script which is what starts the tt script
and then in that script you have a global variable
and you set that variable to 1 when you start the tt script
and then you check if its equal to 0 every time you try to run it
so it only runs once
how come the ai for this one turns wave streaming off at the start 😮

It is only turned off for 2 disables.
Realistically that should take a good half a second.
This is to help with people to get either ewall and potc or potc and uni shield disabled so they dont die

oh ok maybe i didnt wait enough in the creeping to see it turn itself back on. for me i usually start a run in the menu messing with software to creep, so i probbaly dont see it turn back on (it cant switch the state while menu is up)

if you are deep into infinity || u can spam the infinity stone power to get free 50 gems though quite easily so u wont lose anything by changing it || XD

borf 1.0 was released before that. Burnonimo made an announcement on release that high mountain gives much more stability, and to replace dispel with it. #1140396334558478347 message
however if you are having problems with it, I would suggest against using it.
(for obvious reasons)

this means you can't use sun energy because dispel is being used too often. Use lite instead, it uses moon energy
I am on MT15 and knowing what to do isnt much specific. I started using non lite version only becose lite isnt enouth and has simmilar problem. I didnt noticed any mention of maximum module levels.
lite will not have the same problem unless you touched the blueprint. it uses moon energy, you will literally never run out of energy

what region are you testing on?
knowing what to do means you... well... know what to do if you have a problem. the public versions are a very good starting point but not at its maximum potential, many other top players borrow it as a starting point and build off/around it to make their own build, whether it be to max contracts, further maximize damage, building frag farms, or testing new ideas.

dividing that number by 6 gives kills per second (600 is max in chaos), or divide by 2 for kills per second on 3x speed (1800 is max on chaos)

There are a couple of cases where it gets stuck in an infinite loop and fails
I was working on redoing it like 6 months ago but never finished, problem with the current run is I couldn't fit the full code into 25 lines so some stuff got cut to make it fit
so the next version if I ever get around to it will have several scripts that call on each other or a main script that calls on the other scripts to loop until normalized and what not.

Ive been trying to figure out how to best get frags and I seem to be struggling. I'm still somewhat new to the game even though I'm at MT15, my idles are only O:1.158e5 D:5.756e4 U:7.572e4 S:6.341e4 per second. I've tried different frag farming builds but I think I might be missing something. At this point, I have to leave the idle running overnight so that I can get 1e8 or 1e9 to upgrade my forge even more. Any recommendations on what it may be that I'm missing. I'm pretty sure I read most of what I needed to but I might have missed something. In the forge I'm at lvl O:125 D:105 U:110 S:105.

it has a ton of instructions so depending what goes wrong, might be able to tell you more specifically how to fix in that discussion
I'll look at that again. I think I did at one point, but it's always good to double check.
Those are not bad idles all things considered, within order of magnitude to the best I know of. And generally fragment farming is fairly understandable as far as outcomes go - you go to a high difficulty high infinity spot in tower testing, and the result you get for a given BP is proportional to your kill speed. Assuming BP and kill-speed are constant (if you have best BP you know of and it performs as expected) the only variables become at what difficulty and what inf you're managing to run it at, which will be improved with various passive boosts, anvil and module levels
so if I'm able to run, say Chaos nightmare, inf 2.638e6, and just let it run, I should just invest in passive boosts (for not sure what in particular) and then keep upping my module levels as I get more frags?

use frag farms to set idles, use this to push. invest frags into an anvil lock before upgrading modules
also I'd suggest insane for now, nightmare is a big jump
set your idles, then push more (only a jump by x10 counts, as that's when enemies get one more module at the same time which increases frags) and try to set them there - and when you fail you know you need more dakka
you'll need two separate pushes, as offensive frag BP is much stronger than the other 3

the biggest issue with that is that you can really only afford 2 def mods that will really affect kill rate

so I was able to get my infs to 14b in chaos insane but now I can't last 3 seconds using the frag farm BPs at that difficulty. I did try in chaos hard and it did bump up my frag idles by .023e in each which is nice I guess lol

well, the thing you did wrong is to use your strongest BP to push to your limit - fragment farming BPs due to optimizing for fragment drops have to be by definition weaker than full-pushing BP, you have to stop manually earlier than the maximum you can reach
oh crud...
also, just reach as close you can to a power of 10, anything more you reach in between just increases difficulty without helping in frag farming
well, in that case it seem like I'm not getting the hang of it. I used this BORF BP to climb up in my infs.

enemies at inf 10m+1 will drop just as many fragments as enemies at 99m, and the latter will be much harder to kill

generally when you're unsure reach the next power of 10 and run frag farms, once you set the idles you can push to the next checkpoint
and then once I set the idle, just leave the idle running for a while before pushing for the next checkpoint?
it only records your best idle score from any run - so once you set it it's safe, you will always be able to spend your idle time at that rate
that's why there are 4 separate BPs for frag farming, one for each color you can optimize for
I think I'm explaining myself incorrectly. I meant that once I got a decent idle score, I should leave the idle screen running gathering frags for a while to bump up my next module level in the forge. Then go ahead and push for the next checkpoint?
If that's correct, I would push for the next checkpoint using some BP that's not as strong as an OP one like BurnORF?
You can run it at idle, but it has the same efficiency as having the game off and letting idle time accumulate, so it's up to you. It does not matter when you go for the next checkpoint - at some point you'll reach one you can't farm at. And then you know you're done in frag farming at that difficulty until you farm enough boosts to damage to be able to take it on
(or you could eyeball at what inf you can farm and stay at that - risking that you're leaving frags on the table in case you're wrong, but playing it safe in case there comes a new improvement to frag farming in a later patch that would require setting idles again)
ok, I think I'm getting the hang of this (which btw, I sincerely appreciate taking your time to help me understand this stuff). So, to actually farm at a particular difficulty, I would turn off the softwares that make the waves climb up quickly, and just use some BP that could handle that for the type of frag I'm looking for?
aand you can do BurnORF to push, but you have to be present to manually pull the plug as when BurnORF dies no frag farming BP will survive
yeah, BurnORF wasn't even close to dying when I started I had it running. It had been going on for like 16 hrs and was pushing pretty well. lol I just pulled the plug for now to see what else I could do to push some other stuff up
And actually, if I indeed do pick some BP that can handle whatever inf I'm at where I set my idle at, how can I figure out which BP to use, since the frag farm BPs I've found (from Woot or the Frag Farm BP threads) auto stop at 60 seconds? (I think that's the last piece of the puzzle I'm missing)
idle is set after 1 minute in-game time - most farming BPs just auto-quit after that minute passes, so you can generally have all your software on, it's not as finnicky as resource idle
so unless you have a build that somehow significantly speeds up later it makes no sense running for longer than 1 minute to set the idle score
oh sorry, I meant, once I set the idle score, what's the best way to actually farm for those frags: tower testing using some particular BP, or just using the idle screen and letting the frags build up that way?

or stay on idle screen with game open, but like I already mentioned it has the same efficiency as having the game off

tower testing will be LOWER efficiency, as the whole point of farming each color separately is that you can't have the maximum frag farming efficiency in all colors at once

oh wow, thank you folks, this is pretty helpful info. I'm trying to bump up my forge levels right now (so I can keep inf pushing) and just trying to figure out what the most efficient way to do that at the stage I'm at. I got my crates to a decent level, I maxed out all of my buildings and got the xp reqs for all of the elements to 0. I'm thinking the best way to keep climbing is to keep fabricating the exotic producers so I can bump up my multiplier in the headquarters, and just bumping up the forge levels anytime I get enough frags to do so. I'm also making wave accels as I can too in the factory to help out even more
unless I'm focusing on the wrong thing and should be using my frags on the anvil until a certain point
don't know if anyone has the math of it, both module levels and anvil are important and main ways to get ahead in the very-late game
gotcha. right now, I'm working on getting my def/utility/ult mods to hopefully match my off mods (which are at 130)
Random thought, may it be worth removing granite foundation? Since battery is now there as granite slows attack speed and I dont see anything in the blueprint that scales with your own max health. Unless Im missing something then fair enough and Im just being dumb, but if not can then use that slot for another module.
dark sac, also the attack speed debuff is negligible with enough attack speed buffs (hence the attack speed modules in the blueprint)

there are only four states of burnorf: non-functional, where it dies in <10 sec cause you have AI issues or something like that; unstable, where it dies to lag spikes but otherwise survives; stable, where it survives indefinitely, and stat capped, where it works until suddenly it starts dying at the same point and becomes non-functional past that

After using BurnORF LITE for a week, I finally test BurnORF and here we go forever. Very powerful after 200 fps, the ai is very clean too, good job
I'm curious why we use infinity foundation in this build. The enemies attack wayyy too fast for universal shield to do much if that's what foundation is for, and the (or at least my) tower's hp isn't nearly high enough to take a single hit anyway. Wouldn't it be better to replace that module (and by extension infinity energy) to potentially get another contract fulfilled?
because without it, uni shield doesn't work whatsoever. The idea is that you have uni shield and cat power solely to protect vs lag spikes
you should never get hit in the first place, but with inf found, uni shield, and cat power, you shouldn't die if one enemy hits you because you lag

I can see it working both ways honestly too. Without the 2 infinity modules, you'll be hurling out more attacks, but be vulnerable to even a single hit. This would probably work better on a fast computer. Meanwhile with those modules you may have a little bit of leeway against lag spikes (which become 100× more dangerous because of enemy attack speed)

if you don't have light stone, start at era 1 (infinity count doesn't matter) and disable era surge/burst/swirl until you have /inf dividers

tdlr: use Light Stone inf perk, otherwise do it manually.
it's how the blueprint and it's bundled AI was built by the author. unless the author (or someone else) adds that modification then you:
- era creep manually (honestly, this should be fairly quick at this point. barely an inconvenience)
- make a script yourself
- find a pre-made script that'll do it for you

aha! I think I got it
After you imported it, just make sure it isn't shown as crossed out in your Facility AI overlay.
Then like Smiten said, make sure you turn off all other ability AIs.
Also, once you imported be sure to reset your AI by pressing the F4 button twice

I did the double-clicky thing for the AI and whatever it copied, I was able to still import, but it was only the skills script and nothing else. I clicked the download message and got the full text and imported, all the other scripts appeared.

you can have a large text file attachment in discord, and it'll still show "some" of its contents. triple-clicking it will only select what's "shown" in the embed but not the whole thing.
which is why it's still best to just download the embedded attachments and open externally to select+copy

but for realsies, impossible has a lot of stuff easier difficulties don't, like higher elemental resistance (for example, universal getting like /65535 to all but universal, and neutral)
enemies also get higher shields, that go way above their health, and it's very hard to kill unless you have high stats
