It seems that the flagship does not count towards ships destoyed in fleet arena. As when I destroyed a fleet of exactly four ships it registered as killed 3 ships

yeah this seems to be the case
when i destroyed exactly 3 ships including flagship it didnt count, but exactly 3 ships not including a flagship counted
