If you have participated in ranked matches (and lost/forfeited), that ship can't be used in a clan boss battle until the cool down has ended for ranked matches. The ship can be used elsewhere just fine (class matches, ship matches) but not Boss matches within clans so it isn't consistent and seems unintentional. ID #1QUIJF1S740
