Everything i possess ( except credits as seen in my video) has stayed the same and i have been moved to level 1

Impossible to leave rhis screen now

Have close down phone closed and reopened game

Only thing i can imagine that has caused this is linking it to my fb

However i have no other accounts linked to fb

If you connected ig to facebook you can try to log in on a different device or delete the app and log in again

And it is also linked to my apple id

Have deleted and redownloaded

It pops up as the screen saying that i have pregious progress

Clan members say im still in clan, so can’d be a server issue

It doesn’t seem to be linked to an id of any kind - not sure what im supposed to do now but i’ve tried all the basics

I can see that your 50 lvl account is still there

Could you please tell me what did you do before this happened? Perhaps switching between accs/unlinked game progress in the game settings/etc?

i closed game before daily reset

then i opened it this morning

well sorry im getting timings a bit mixed up let me write it in order

1. Linked my account to fb about 2 weeks ago with no issues
2. Played yesterday with no problems whatsoever
3. Closed game at 12 just before reset
4. Came on afterwards to do my dailies
5. Happily did my FA with no problems, and got about half way though the daily challenge i believe
6. Closed the game to go out and get some food
7. When I logged back on, game sent me an in game msg in the loading screen saying "Link to your fb account" I was somewhat confused as i only got this notif when i had deleted the game to get it back and it was in an odd format.
8. I just clicked yes and went into game, and was loaded immediately into a screen with only my rev
9. Nea launched me into the first training game, which i found funny so screen recorded, guessing it was just a little glitch.
10. came out of the training game, and was forced to go in and redesign my ship build, when the game asks you to buy the 2by1 chaingun and replace the chainguns that you would have on your lightning. I do not have any chainguns arranged side by side in my build, and as shown, i could not replace any other form of weapon eg hypes, it had to be the two chainguns, which didn't exist.
11. I am now stuck in this unskippable step.

It will not have a massive effect on me today as i did my fa, however i have missed most of my ship battles and any ranked battles i was planning. It also corresponds with the start of cw

so please lmk if theres anything i can do to help fix it

it also appears as though all these resources have been taken from my account

more srsly it shows all my celes have gone missing and I only have 250 credits (the reward for beating training drone)

Hmm, my guess is to delete the game once again, turn off the mobile for 10-30 mins and reinstall the game

did it see me sign in recently? If it logs that i am signing into the game then I am not sure what the bug or where the bug would be

so is it a server issue? or something phone related? not sure why it would log me online in clan but not on the spreadsheet

Things I know I had on my account:
Resources - Minimal credits, 1,300 celes, 0 lbs, 200 chips, 7 plbs
8 hangars - rev, mjo mk2, thane, lf, sparrow, miran, morningstar, warrior
Weapon upgrades - FR 50/60 dmg 20/40 power consumption, 4 lbs left for 55/60
Armour - all reactives had 40/40 hp, and at least 20/40 armour
LRA - 30/40 armour, 20/40 reflect, 40/40 hp
SRA/MRA - at least 20/40 armour and reflect, 40/40 hp
Reactors - all explosion radius maxed
SR - 40/40 power gen
MR - 35/40 power gen
LR - 30/40 power gen
RB - maxed all useful stats (40/60 not 60/60)
PDT - 17/40 on all disruption chances except maybe mines which i think was 16
Ship upgrades - sparrow practically maxed, thane had some upgrades same as sleip
Ship bps - nearly 800 achi, at least 700+ of every non-special ship except LF which i had 512 bps on 2,000 vindi bps
Special bps (except new ships) - at least 200+ on almost all. Miran 260, mjo 400, eido not many. All special ships modded with bps not celes. Miran and sparrow fully modded
Minimal bps for each of the new special ships (ceptor around 30 bps and around 12 bps for reme, no clue how many for aco and vulture)
