would love this friends vs friends and the developers much more if they implemented a fix so that i dont lose rank points after beating people four times and only losing once but yet i still lost rank points. how am i meant to progress if this is what im faced against???

Do you have anymore info? Rank points are based on others ranks aswell so if you lose against someone lower rank than you, more points will be deducted.
Also, dont worry too much about rank right now as it doesnt have much meaning outside of your profile border.

i am aware of the point deduction for larger rank difference but with the playerbase being a low as it is for now you often go against players of lower rank then you are so when you play you cant lose a single game or you lose like 10 games progress

Thats because ranked is only so new to the game
Itll feel better over time when people climb more
its only been out for less than a month

it still seem like it deducts too much for such a small difference in rank
me and the person i play against are currently silver 2 and played against people of bronze 3 and we lost rank even though we won more games than them meaning we lost more than twice as much then we do for a win for 2 ranks lower
