I really dont think this cards needs a buff. It still heals you immensely and most of the time wins you the round. If you play this card and the enemy plays weaker bullets you should still win.

like the healing on this card is horrible compared to what it used to be. This card needs a buff
not only that you can ound dps the healthing this card prevides with any weapon as well. Vampire just needs a slight increase for it to be effective again. Right now its dog shit

I think vampire bullets is fine as it is, it doesnt feel too weak and it's saved my butt a buncha times
