While that answer comes off that way, they are correct. There are MANY answers to sword currently. From both a card and character standpoint. You just need to take the time to figure out what is most effective for you, and make that adjustment.

Katana is currently fine as is.

Thats a more professional answer and I respect it but I dont agree with it since its more of a luck of the draw in this game. I can have a good deck all day and manage it as best as I can but at the end of the day some cards are just better than others. Sable can build a very wide and versatile deck specifically for her character yet there are no good counter car5ds for her or her katana yet.

Brasshopper, FK, boomstick, punch-r (maybe, not sure), explosives, karrotov, weapon swap, small mag, big mag, empty mag, less speed, more speed, poison, tin man, etc etc

I use brass hopper all the time Im a myk main. Less speed is good, and sticky bomb is good too.

Still after that no luck.

If you cant handle the Katana with a Brasshopper starting weapon, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that is a YOU thing lol. You just arent playing into your strengths. @astral sedge gave you 14 cards that give you an advantage against Katana, and that isnt even the full list.
