I wonder if it was just a delivery issue. 🤔 It would have been better if the story was more emphasized in the trailer after that happened. The way the trailer played out was hyping up siaro, then having him get squished, so now a detective guy shows up. But instead of swapping straight to just random gameplay it would have been cool if they focused more on the story bits with an emphasis on the whole ill fate thing. Like imagine Majora's Mask, having to find a way to revert the fate of siaro and save him. Idk though xD

I am hopeful based on what Edu said, but I disagree with how Brainwash handled this. A lot of people going on about "they didn't say he would be playable!" or "Snake Boy chose not to be spoiled", but at the end of the day, they introduced a character on April Fools, kept the bit going for 9 more days, then killed him immediately in the trailer.
I don't think anyone would have reasonably guessed that, and at the end of the day, Snake Boy feels bad about the whole situation for very understandable reasons.
