I have 32 gb ram

try taking one out and opening the shop, and then swap to the other and try again
and turn your pc off when switching of course
it could also maybe be an issue with vram
your card only has 2 gbs which could be causing a weird interactions since you have a lot of ram
my best guess is one of the sticks isnt working as intended
okay check that I looked into it
more likely than not its an interaction issue between your ram and vram or your card could be failing
1st step id say is update all drivers
then test your ram
make sure all the cables for everything are plugged in all the way
and then worst case, especially if it happens in other high ram usuage activities I would take it in to get the psu and gpu tested

yea slapshot just has weird interactions sometimes
making sure all drivers are up to date and verifying files is about all you can do

Yeah the new Unity version doesn't let us clear the RAM usage for the cosmetic previews until we switch scene (like going into a match/practice), so if you stay on the menu it keeps eating RAM instead of properly releasing the memory when navigating away from the shop. It's something I'm looking into
