It'd be impossible to moderate and thus invite a lot of stuff (eg slurs) that we just don't want in the game at any place.
Also for me, the part that makes slap more fun than other games of similar kind is that the community is largely nice or at least not outright toxic.

I’ve been playing games since call of duty modern warfare 2 the original, I was like 8 just ignore it it’s not the end of the world to hear something you don’t like, build up that tolerance or just have a way to turn it off for individual players, so the few don’t have to ruin it for the rest.

Look 80%+ are gonna be good interaction your scared of those possibilities yes it is possible but it will make it more fun overall, just saying.

I full understand that but just because 15% of the total community is “offended” because of words, just have a way to turn it off because there’s always the possibility and if your scared of the possibility of it happening, they could have a way to turn it off from the beginning and it will have a little mute icon above the player.

I know people will be mean but that shouldn’t blind us from how many good opportunities could come from it, and having mute buttons on players/ deafen buttons to mute all players I don’t see a need to moderate, other than maybe having and individually reporting button for players that are saying slurs.

You could also have an age based system that allows certain players to have access to vc or not. Even though people will cheat around it and put in fake ages.

It’s a moral thing if your emotional state is fragile yes of course turn it off but 90% of people aren’t that fragile, I don’t know what to say at the end of the day the loudest individuals will win, and in the current age we live in I already see the outcome. I’m sorry if this sounds like an attack, I’m just saddened to see that we are so focused on moderation than just going back to more opportunities for more fun, by having more ways of interacting with each other as players.
