Honestly, the mixture of smoke and lighting was not very good for videos from the balcony. There was a lot of smoke, and the lights at the back of the stage were pointed directly at the phone when trying to take videos.
They probably did not come out as good as expected. Need to check after I reach home.

Wish I knew lol. I had plans to get them, and was one of the first 15 people on line outside. We actually saw them preparing them, and they were packaging them in a nice sorta ziplock bag I think. But alas, the unorganized chaos from “The Town Hall” disregarded any of that. I imagine they must have sold out pretty fast. They wrote numbers on our wrist band, but… they never bothered with using that feature. If you are seeing them at another venue, hopefully that place is more accommodating.

I prefer standing to be honest, but I didn't really stand since I was in the balcony section and most people didn't stand

When I was in soundcheck there wasn't anyone standing and the view was really good for everyone. Its just that the stage is about waist level so I missed all of the flooreography that kim lip did during eclipse. I also usually prefer standing during concerts but this venue wasn't angled enough to allow for everyone to see while standing I feel.
