great, glad u acknowledge that mental health is real important.
there is no shame in seeking help from a professional especially if you really need it and u want to be happy. Acknowledging it can certainly be the first step on self improvement but whether we seek help or not, we should always be improving. Whether its in school or with friends or your own self care.
No need to hold grudges against yourself, it doesn’t matter if you drop out of school. You can always go back to school anytime, even as an adult u can go back to community college or learn a new skill. who care about finishing education fast or not, its not a race, if u find someone more successful, rather than beating yourself up, think of ways to improve like them. plus dropping out of school isnt the worst thing as there are successful people who never finished school.

it can certainly be hard to continuously be happy and yes there are times where something or someone can easily make a good day, bad. But even if the happiness is short and only for momentarily, sadness can also be short and only momentarily. if you were happy even for a short while, you can always think and playback those happy moments over and over again whether its ur friends that made u happy or a family member that made u happy, u can always think back to it rather than having negative thoughts linger in ur mind.

yes it is easier said than done, thats why its never done alone. find one true friend that u can talk to and who would lend a shoulder or an ear to help u carry that baggage.

yes, life isn’t a race you should go at ur own pace with your school or the rate your are making friends or emotional healing. But imagine your baggage filled with stuff from your life. Keep too many burdens and your baggage starts to get real heavy on your shoulders. Heavy things can make you move slower, so take them out. Moving is Living.
