The problem really with kpop at least is it's too random for photography that's why I think prime lenses are really bad in this space cause I had so many times where I used my r3 and I like the photos out of it but I wasn't close enough to whoever I was shooting and ended up opting for the r5 instead because of cropping

Hi, question, looking for a monitor purely for picture editing and I'm currently eyeing the ASUS ProArt PA279CRV and LG UltraGear 27GR93U-B. Online I keep getting the advice that these are too cheap for professional work etc and that I should go with more expensive monitors but not a single person bothers to explain why. Based on RTINGS reviews of both monitors they have full coverage of sRGB and excellent coverage of AdobeRGB and DCI-P3, after calibration they both also have perfect color accuracy. Work will 99% only be done in sRGB and very rarely in anything else. Is there any point in spending much more money on monitors that based on testing results seem like practically identical?

hey it's me! i used to use 35/85 combo for weddings but then i decided to drop to a single body with the 50 for events and i fell in love with that simplicity. i do make liberal use quick 3 frame panos for wider or crop mode for composing 85ish shots too, so in the end I don't feel like I lost anything from switching. even on the 24-70 my most used focal length is 50 for photo and video, so having the dedicated prime makes a lot of sense for me

I think the 4GB 10mb/s CF cards are too overkill for this camera

I either can't format them, or when the one in 10 formatting tries does work it says the card storage is full

According to the manual apparently cards up to 32mb are supported

But I've seen people use 1GB cards in it

Ok, I will be very kind here and say that the weather / light was insanely bad, like, awful, disgusting. Alongside that this is also a camera from '99.
That said, these pictures kinda suck ass

It is however really fun to use

I do however think that the weather was a huge influencer when it comes to how the pictures look though. As I have one picture from when the sun came out a bit more and it looks a lot better. And some pictures that focused more on indoor or similar look fine as well

But with how the weather was today, the outdoor pictures are just really awful I think no matter the camera
