upgrade card decks

i wrote a tl;dr for another friend about upgrading, sorry if it's overexplaining:

• cards go from C > B > A > S > R1-R50
• cards are first "powered up" to rank 5 of their respective letter class, then you "upgrade" the cards by combining two rank 5s together of the same artist in the same deck (so cards from Oh (Yes I Am) can merge with Number 1 cards. When the Oops! event ends, you will be able to merge Be Honest/PTT/WOW cards with Oops! cards.)
• low power up chance ~= 0-30%, normal ~= 30-50%, high ~= 50-70%, very high ~= 70-100%
• If you use prism cards to upgrade normal cards, they will not turn into prism. You have to do it the other way around, using normal cards to upgrade prisms.
• The same goes for LE (limited edition) cards. LE cards have the fancy border and generally can't be obtained once the event ends.
