so, i have a business degree and have had some exposure to (non-Korean) mobile gaming industry accounting and principles of contract law. my thoughts on sslo EOS is it's not gonna happen for at least a few months (I will laugh hard if I'm wrong, though, then I will cri) because dalcom is the responsible party for distributing profits and they have the "control" in the contract.

there's quite a few models of income distribution possible. three that i think of off the top of my head are:

1. dalcom could say "we're not sending you royalties until we break even on our R&D investment" and BBC receives a % split of profits after the breakeven point;
2. dalcom only give bbc the money spent on certain items like the real cash paid for LE packs, and dalcom keeps the money spent on dias/ig resources;
3. dalcom and bbc have a % split of cost of development and profit

in all these scenarios, dalcom bears the burden of sending payments to bbc. if bbc's right to these payments is thrown into question because of the injunctions, i think dalcom has a real argument for simply.... not sending those payments and keeping bbc in just as much limbo as they've kept chuu and the girls, because there is uncertainty as to who deserves those payments. That limbo state might mean we get SSLO for longer, and that's what I'm banking on.
