at 1490, start doing brel/clown/vykas.
you can only do 3 legion raids per week so you skip valtan since it gives you lower gold compared to the other 3

with enough brel horns, you can make brel armor pieces to replace your valtan/vykas armor pieces(gear transfer)

when you complete 6 brel armor pieces, you'll be at 1510 ilvl

hone to 1520 and pray to whatever supreme being you believe(or don't) that you find a learning party for gates 5 and 6

then hone to 1540 for ancient gears

do hard mode brel gates 1 & 2 and get enough horns to replace your relic gears with ancient gears
