missing 32bit isnt cuda but physx, so things like hair physics in older games instead run on the cpu which kills performance. i saw a thread where someone bought a 3050 to use as a physx card
without the 3050, with 32bit physx running on the cpu, a game would run at like 40fps. with the 3050 it ran at around 180fps

Content creators that got to play the game early were able to run the game really well on the previous graphics recommendations

You can ignore the AMD cpu's as those are just, idk why they put those there
Like, the 5800X3D listed for medium is much faster than the 12700K listed in recommended
Based on performance of the game you should just look at the Intel cpu's and not the AMD ones
For some reason they decided to give the requirements weird names and also little context
Minimum requirements = Very low at 1080p
Medium requirements = Medium at 1080p
Recommended requirements = High at 1080p
High requirements = Ultra high at 4k
So if you want to run the game at high graphics on 1080p you just need a 3070 and a somewhat recent i7 or Ryzen 7
